By accessing and using Listing2Video ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
Listing2Video provides a service that creates cinematic video content from real estate listing URLs (including Zillow listings). You submit a listing URL and payment, and we generate a professional property video with voiceover and music, which we deliver to you via email. The Service is intended for real estate professionals and listing agents for marketing purposes.
3. Use of Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) submit listing URLs for properties you do not have the right to market; (b) use the Service to create misleading or fraudulent content; (c) resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or generated videos in a manner inconsistent with these Terms; (d) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service; or (e) use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
4. Payment and Refunds
Payment is processed through Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated fee for each video. All sales are generally final. We may, at our discretion, offer refunds or adjustments for technical failures, undelivered videos, or other exceptional circumstances. Contact us to request a refund.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the generated video for marketing the specific property listed in your order. We retain ownership of our technology, branding, and processes. The video may include our branding or watermark as specified at the time of purchase. You may not remove branding unless expressly permitted.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Service contains links to third-party sites such as Zillow. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk. We also rely on third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, email services) to operate the Service; their terms and policies apply to those interactions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated videos will meet your specific expectations. Listing data is sourced from third parties and we do not guarantee its accuracy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listing2Video and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
